We deliver our services from our office in the heart of Larkfield.

Area Manager Lynne Griffin

Lynne joined Larkfield Housing Association in 1997 and has held various housing management roles in the Association prior to becoming Area Manager in 2007 when Larkfield joined the Link Group.

Lynne leads Larkfield Housing Association and is responsible for the successful delivery of its strategy and business plan as well as the development and effective delivery of Larkfield’s housing management and maintenance services.

She holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Geography and Business Administration and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Housing. She is also a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Lynne has spent over 20-years working in housing, gaining experience in all aspects of housing, customer service, organisational change and performance improvement.

Technical Manager Kevin Conneely

Kevin joined Larkfield Housing Association in 2003 and has held various Repairs & Maintenance roles in the Association prior to becoming Technical Manager in 2007 when Larkfield joined the Link Group.

Kevin leads the Repairs & Maintenance side of Larkfield Housing Association and is responsible for the successful delivery of its Repairs and Planned Maintenance service.

He holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying and is also a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Kevin has spent his career working across a variety of sectors, gaining experience in all aspects of defects analysis, housing maintenance, contract management, customer service and performance improvement.

Housing Manager Sharon Rowatt

Sharon joined Larkfield Housing Association in 2005 and has held various housing management roles in the Association prior to becoming Housing Manager in 2016..

Sharon leads Larkfield Housing Association and is responsible for the successful delivery of its Housing Management Service.

She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Housing. She is also a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.  

Sharon has spent her career working in housing, gaining experience in all aspects of housing, customer service, tenant participation and performance improvement.
